The TigerRig after-sales policy consists of the following three parts:

This TigerRig Aftermarket Policy applies only to TigerRig terminal products that you purchase for your own use and not for resale.

Service scope

Tigerrig guarantees that under normal use, the Tiger Rig products you purchase are free from defects in materials and workmanship under warranty. The warranty period for this product is calculated from the day you receive the goods. If you are unable to provide valid evidence such as purchase invoice, the starting date of warranty will be extended by 90 days from the factory date shown on the machine or as otherwise specified by TigerRig.Check the warranty period and service type of your product in Section 3 - Service Type.

How to obtain after-sales service

During the warranty period, if the product does not perform the guaranteed function, please contact TigerRig for appropriate after-sales service.

Tigerrig may not provide after-sales service in some regions, and the content of the after-sales service policy may vary from place to place. There may be a charge for services outside the regular range. For local information, contact a TigerRig dealer for pre-service preparations


Before obtaining after-sales service for your products, be sure to follow the following steps:

√ Follow The TigerRig service process;

√ Back up all data contained in the product or secure it;

√ Remove all data from the device, including confidential, proprietary, and personal information, except work records. If any such information cannot be deleted, please modify it to prevent others from accessing it or to prevent it from constituting personal data as defined by applicable law. Tigerrig is not responsible for the loss or disclosure of any data, including confidential, proprietary, and personal information, from products returned or under warranty;

√ Provide all system passwords to Tiger Rig if necessary;

√ Ensure Tiger Rig has full, free and secure access to your equipment to provide after-sales service;

√ Remove all functional parts, spare parts, optional parts, modified parts and accessories outside the scope of after-sales service;

√ Ensure that products or parts are free from any legal restrictions that prevent their replacement;

√ If you do not own the product or part, obtain permission from the owner of the product or part so that Tiger Rig can provide after-sales service to you.

After contacting Tiger Rig, please specify the problem with your product.

Tiger rig technical support personnel will attempt to diagnose and resolve your problem by phone, email, or remote assistance. Tigerrig guides you through downloading and installing specified software updates.


Replace products and components

If warranty service involves replacing a product or part, the replaced product or part becomes the property of TigerRig and the replaced product or part becomes your property. Only unmodified TigerRig products and components can be replaced.

Tigerrig's replacement products or parts may not be brand new, but they are certainly in good working order and at least equal in performance to the part being replaced. Replacement products or parts in the remaining warranty period of the original products enjoy the same warranty service.

Non-after-sales policy coverage

This policy does not cover the following:

* Collision and burning accidents caused by man-made non-product quality problems;

* Damage caused by private modification, disassembly and shell opening under the guidance of unofficial instructions;

Damage caused by improper installation, use and operation not in accordance with instructions;

* Damage caused by repair of installed parts by the customer without official instructions;

* Damage caused by circuit modification guided by unofficial instructions, or improper matching and use of battery pack and charger;

* All damages caused by startup and use that are not operated according to the product instructions;

* Damage caused by control in harsh environment, such as high wind, rain, sand, etc.;

Damage caused in excess of the safe load capacity;

Damage caused by forced flight in the event of aging or damage to parts;

* Damage due to reliability and compatibility problems when used with third-party components not certified by TigerRig;

* Damage caused using power supply with quality problems;

Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the product;

* Loss or damage of data caused by the product;

* Any software program, whether installed with or after the installation;

Failure or damage caused by any third-party products, including those supplied by TigerRig or integrated into TigerRig products at your request;

* Any technical or other support provided to the machine, such as help with "method of operation" problems and problems related to machine setup and installation;

* Products or components with identification labels altered or removed.

Limitation of liability

Tigerrig is only liable for loss or damage to the Product if: the Product is already owned by TigerRig;Or where tigerrig is responsible for shipping the product.

Tigerrig is not responsible for the loss or disclosure of any data contained in the product, including confidential, proprietary, or personal information.

For the following situation, regardless of whether any relief provisions in this paper to achieve the fundamental purpose, no matter the claim is based on contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability or other responsibility theory, tigerrig and its associated enterprises, suppliers, distributors, or service provider shall not be responsible for, even if already know the possibility of these cases, the situation is no exception:1) A third party claims damages against you;2) Loss, damage or disclosure of your data;3) Special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business revenue, goodwill or expected savings. Regardless of the cause of the damage, the sole liability of TigerRig and its affiliates, suppliers, resellers or service providers is limited to the actual direct loss suffered by you and is not greater than the amount you paid for the product.

The above restrictions do not apply to damages for personal injuries, including death, for which TigerRig is legally liable, and for damages to real and tangible property.

Some countries, regions or jurisdictions do not allow any screening or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

Your other rights

This warranty statement entitles you to additional and specific rights. You may also have other legal rights, depending on the applicable laws of your country/region or jurisdiction.Additional rights may be available to you pursuant to your written agreement with TigerRig.Nothing in this warranty statement affects legal rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract, including rights granted to consumers by laws or regulations regulating the sale of consumer goods。

Part II - After-sales service types

Tigerrig provides you with the following after-sales services: return service, replacement service and warranty service.For more information, please contact tigerRig After-sales Service Center or TigerRig Authorized Agent.

You can apply for return if you meet the following conditions:

√ Within 15 natural days after customers receive the goods, the product packaging, accessories, gifts, instructions are complete, and no human damage, not activated use, do not affect the second sale;

√ Within 15 natural days after receiving the goods, the customer finds that the products have non-human damage performance fault.

We have the right to refuse the customer's return request in the following circumstances:

(x) claim for return of goods more than 15 natural days after the date of receipt;

* The returned products are incomplete, the outer packaging, accessories, gifts, instructions are incomplete, or the appearance is damaged due to human reasons;

Failure to provide legitimate purchase vouchers or documents when returning goods, or forgery or alteration of documents;

* Product quality problems caused by collision, burning, artificial private modification, foreign matter (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, use and operation without instructions;

* Tear and alter labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof marks, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc.;

Products damaged by unavoidable factors such as fire, flood, lightning strike, traffic accident and other force majeure;

* Did not ship the item within 7 natural days after contacting TigerRig to confirm the return service;

* Other circumstances described in the policy.

A replacement may be requested if one of the following conditions is met:

√ Within 15 natural days after receiving the goods, the customer finds that the products are damaged during transportation and can provide the cargo damage certificate provided by the transportation company;

√ Within 15 natural days after the customer receives the goods, the product is found to be seriously inconsistent with the original product description in one or more important aspects;

√ Within 15 natural days after receiving the goods, the customer finds that the products have non-human damage performance fault.

We have the right to refuse the customer's request for replacement under the following circumstances:

Where a request for replacement is made more than 15 natural days from the date of receipt;

(x) Failure to provide legitimate purchase vouchers or documents at the time of replacement, or forgery or alteration of the documents;

* The replacement of goods is incomplete, or the appearance is damaged due to human reasons;

* There is no quality problem after testing by TigerRig technical support department;

* Quality problems caused by collision, burning not caused by its own quality problems, as well as artificial private modification, foreign matter (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, use and operation without instructions;

* Tear and alter labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof marks, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc.;

Products damaged by unavoidable factors such as fire, flood, lightning strike, traffic accident and other force majeure;

* Did not ship the item within 7 natural days after contacting TigerRig to confirm the replacement service;

(3) The applicant requests for replacement of goods due to cargo damage caused by transportation but fails to provide the cargo damage certificate issued by the transportation company;

* Other circumstances described in the policy.

Application for Warranty Service

Free warranty service must meet the following conditions:

√ The purchased product is in normal use within the specified product warranty period, and the product has non-human performance failure;

√ No unauthorized dismantling, no modification or installation according to the official instructions, or other non-man-made faults;

√ Provide valid proof of purchase, document and tracking number.
