Job Responsibilities:

1) According to the inquiries of foreign businessmen or the requirements of bidding documents, contact the list of purchasers of the company, convey the purchasing information through telephone, WeChat, QQ and other ways, and ask for the correct quotation from suppliers.

2) Effectively communicate with foreign customers on product requirements, and meet foreign customers' requirements on product parameters and other requirements;

3) Shop around, effectively evaluate and judge the qualifications of existing suppliers, understand the real market price, and make the correct and most competitive quotation.

4) Cooperate with the sales department to complete the signing of the procurement contract, delivery time control, logistics and warehousing and other aspects of the procurement link after confirming the contract with foreign investors;

5) Place orders with cooperative suppliers, complete the procurement needs of the headquarter, and ensure the delivery time, technical requirements and other related products are accurately conveyed to foreign merchants (those who are good at English can directly contact the foreign procurement department).

6) Maintain existing suppliers, develop new high-quality suppliers, evaluate suppliers regularly, and understand their current operation status and future development trend;

7) Coordinate and communicate with warehouse personnel, be responsible for replacement of goods, and carry out later replenishment or replacement of damaged products with manufacturers;

Job requirements:

1) College degree or above, major is not limited, outstanding individual can be transferred to the international business department;

2. Strong communication skills, careful work, quick action, always landing, every reply;

3) Have professional training on the practical operation of foreign trade process, but cannot participate in the company's unified training;

4) Proficient in Office software, CET-3 or CET-4, proficient in reading and writing;

5) Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, overall awareness, risk prevention awareness, team spirit, good professional ethics and integrity, understand the national conditions.
