KHD series bit is specially designed for drilling large diameter borehole. This series products adopt roller bearing and special hydraulic structure, can effectively clean bottom hole and bit cones, as well as remove cuttings at bottom hole quickly, so as to avoid bit balling and realize fast drilling, and finally dramatically increase footage and ROP. The bit is also with the features of safety, reliability and stability.
1.The size of KHD series bits ranges from 19 5/16—36 inch, the IADC code ranges from 111— 535, and recommended RPM is between 240rpm～60rpm.

1.High reliability and long service life
When this type of bit uses roller bearing and rubber seal that is suitable for high RPM drilling condition, it adopts new type of lubrication system, and so, reliability of the bit is improved and working life of the bit is extended.
2.Special hydraulic system and high ROP
Bottom hole flow field and cuttings removal are improved and ROP is increased by utilizing enhanced bit hydraulic structure.
