Product Description:
The ram BOP is suitable for high-pressure oil and gas wells whose wellhead pressure does not exceed its maximum rated working pressure. It can be equipped with a hydraulic control system to be used alone or in combination with other BOPs. The ram BOP uses hydraulic pressure to close and open the ram, and the ram must be locked with a locking device when the wellhead is closed for a long time.
The ram BOP can complete the following operations:
1. When there is no drilling tool in the well, the gate can be closed to fully seal the empty wellbore;
2. When there is a drilling tool (or other tubing) in the well, it can close the annular space between the casing and the drilling tool; it can also be installed with a shear gate to cut off the drill rod, and can fully close the wellhead; "Series shear gates can cut 5135 high-strength drill rods; our plant's sulfur-resistant shear gates have been successfully developed;
3. In the closed situation, the manifold can be connected through the outlet flange on the side of the shell to perform special operations such as drilling fluid circulation, throttling, spraying and killing;
4. Under special circumstances, the platform shoulder drill rod can be hung;
5. The BOP is suitable for the technical specifications specified by AP|Spe16A;
6. The API Spec16A Monogram License (16A-0127) has been obtained.
