NR-1 is made from organic substance, liquid paraffin and emulsifier according to special colloidal emulsion preparation technique. This product has a lot of nanoscale colloidal particles to plug more throat of the shale. By forming a mask-tape on the borehole wall,it can effectively stop the solid particles and the filter liquor in the drilling fluid/completion fluid from getting into the deep, and protect the wall. It has many excellent properties including good stability, never separating oil nor delaminating; dispersing freely in the water, and good lubrication.
