Direct Drive Permanent Magnet (DDPM) Motor provides a brand new solution to Machine Drive Systems. The DDPM Motor is a VFD drive synchronous motor, and it has "low speed, high torque" features. The DDPM Motor's torque can be up to 600,000 N·m, the rated frequency and speed can be low as 0.2 Hz and 0.6 rpm, this allow the motor directly driven load by eliminating the gearbox and any other transmission system. The DDPM Motor has up to 97.8% efficiency and 0.99 power factor, comprehensive energy saving ability is 15-30% and 20% smaller size and weight compared with conventional drive systems.
