Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for the market promotion and sales service of the region, establish and maintain new and old customers, and maintain good customer relations;

2) Participate in the company's marketing activities, such as exhibitions, and actively cooperate with the Marketing Department to promote new products;

3) Make monthly and weekly work plans, strive to achieve and exceed the predetermined sales target, and summarize the corresponding work in time, so as to improve the next stage of work;

4) Visiting customers in strict accordance with the visiting frequency set by the sales department, digging potential customer resources and narrowing the blind areas covered by products;

5) Perform sales contract signing, performance, management and other related work, make clear the regional reconciliation, settlement and payment days, and collect accounts in a timely manner;

6) Able to provide feasible solutions to customers with the assistance of product manager (technical support), and do a good job in product selection;

7) Pay close attention to the operating conditions and information of customers in the area under its jurisdiction, and take effective preventive measures in time to minimize the company's operating risks;

8) Participate in various trainings on products, sales skills and other aspects organized by the company, and constantly improve my business level and negotiation skills in work.

Job requirements:

1) Petroleum, machinery, chemical industry, marketing, international trade, mechatronics; Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing automation and measurement and control technology;

2) 2-5 years working experience related to oil field sales, sales experience of oil field products or overseas service is preferred;

3) Knowledge of rig parts, drilling mud pump, lifting system, principle and application of solid control system;

4) Possessing good sales skills and having large customer resources is preferred;

5) Excellent communication skills, market development ability and team spirit.

6) Passion, dream, execution and work under pressure;

7) hard-working, can accept long-term overseas (office);

8) English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, CET-4; Good command of common office software.
