Job Responsibilities:
1. Arrange and supervise production activities to achieve production targets and ensure on-time delivery;
2. Assess personnel needs and reasonably allocate personnel;
3. Manage team members, stabilize and improve production quality, and reduce customer complaints;
4. Assist to optimize production process, participate in and implement productivity improvement projects;
5. Organize the training of production line staff to improve their operational skills;
6. Cooperate with maintenance personnel to repair faulty equipment and achieve TPM target;
7. Communicate, guide, develop, evaluate and motivate employees;
8. Site management to ensure safe operation and continuous improvement of 5S;
9. Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Job requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering;
More than 3 years production management experience;
Familiar with the operation flow of assembly process;
4. Good communication, coordination and management skills and team spirit;
5. Proficient in Office software.
