1.Cutting Structure
The durability of premium tungsten carbide inserts is improved with new formulas and new techniques.
2.Gauge Structure
Multiple gauge protection with gauge trimmers on the heel and gauge inserts on the gauge surface of the cone, tungsten carbide inserts and hard acing on the shirttail increases gauge holding capacity and bearing life.
3.Bearing Structure
High precision journal bearing with two thrust faces. Balls lock the cone. Hard aced head bearing surface. Cone bearing inlaid with friction-reducing alloy and then silver-plated. Abrasion resistance and seizure resistance of the bearing are improved, and suitable for high rotary speed.
4.Seal And Lubrication
Advanced metal face seal lowers seal frictional force and overall seal torque and improves seal life. The pressure compensator system and advanced grease can greatly increase the lubricating reliability.
5.Six-point Position Stabilization structure
The bit leg is designed with specific integrated stabilization structure, which provides near six-point contact with borehole wall for the bit. This new feature gives the bit unequaled stability which greatly reduces bit vibration protects the cutting structure from damaging blows and keeps good borehole quality. The thickened nozzle wall can protect hydraulic system from wear and fluid erosion.
