The TA series of split elevators is a special tool for suspending oil pipes, drill collars, casing lifting and lowering in oil drilling operations. The TA pull plate type oil pipe elevator adopts a central open structure. It is reasonable in design, easy to operate, safe and reliable. The product is based on the American ANSI/ASTM A487 standard and is made of high-strength pressure-bearing cast steel material, which is refined by scientific heat treatment and advanced processing technology. It can work normally in climatic conditions from -20 °C to 70 °C. The rated load of the elevator is 35t, 65t, 100t, 150t.
TA open-type tubing elevators have undergone rigorous design verification, non-destructive testing, factory inspection and testing. The technical parameters and performance of the products supplied to the users meet the requirements of SY/T 5035 "rings, elevators, tongs" and American Petroleum Institute API Spec 8C. Elevator implementation standards: API Spec 8C, ISO 13535, GB/T19190, SY/T 5035.
