Production Description:
The choke manifold is the necessary equipment to control w.ell kick and implement pressure control technology for oil and gas wells. Under the condition that the blowout preventer is closed, use the opening and closing of the throttle valve to control a certain pressure in the casing to maintain the bottom hole pressure to always be slightly greater than the formation pressure, so as to avoid further flow of formation fluid into the well. In addition, when the well is shut in, the choke manifold can be used to relieve pressure to achieve soft shut-in. When the pressure in the well rises to a certain limit, blow out through it to protect the wellhead.
The throttle manifold is composed of throttle valves, gate valves, pipelines, pipe fittings, pressure gauges, etc.
When the pressure in the well rises, the opening and closing of the throttle valve (adjustable manual, hydraulic and fixed) on the choke manifold can be used to release the fluid in the well to control the pressure in the casing. When the pressure in the suite exceeds a certain pressure difference, it can be discharged directly through the gate valve.
The pressure level of our company's choke manifold is divided into five levels, namely 14MPa, 21MPa, 35MPa, 70MPa, 105MPa. It can also be designed according to customer requirements.
