Production Description:
When the wellhead pressure rises, drilling fluid can be pumped into the well through the kill manifold to balance bottom hole pressure to prevent the occurrence of lost circulation and blowout; the blowout prevention pipeline connected to it can be used to directly release blowout to release the well Bottom pressure; it can also be used to inject cement and cementing operations to inject clean water and fire extinguishing agent into the wellhead. Through the kill manifold check valve kill fluid or other fluids can only be injected into the well, and cannot flow back to kill the well and other operations the goal of.
It is mainly composed of one-way valve, gate valve, pressure gauge, connecting pipeline, etc. One end of it is connected with the BOP and the other end is connected with the injection pump. The kill manifold and choke manifold are designed according to APl 16C standard. The pressure levels of the kill manifold produced by our company are 14MPa, 21MPa, 35MPa, 70MPa, 105MPa and so on. The working pressure of all pipelines, gate valves, check valves, etc. must match the working pressure of the blowout preventer used; the kill manifold cannot be used as a pipeline for daily drilling fluid injection.
